We give candidates a full overview of each role they are being put forward for, so they can assess them properly. Clients are given an overview of each candidate – we typically only send CVs of three candidates, after each has been assessed in person or interviewed for competencies over the phone.
We regularly update clients and former candidates on new roles or potential new candidates, or just to provide insight into market news and dynamics. We stay in touch with our clients and candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
